The machines are colour-coded as per the legend in the sidebar on the left, which should be visible on all pages. A machine is considered to be asleep if it has not checked in for 1 hour, and stale if it has not checked in for a week. Bear in mind that it is possible for some machines not to be used for a week, if they are in specific rooms or just in unpopular places.
